At GoPlaces.club, we want members to understand exactly what they are purchasing before joining.
GoPlaces.club is a membership-based community platform that provides access to destination groups, group chats, member profiles, community discussions, and AI-powered facilitation tools. We do not organize, operate, coordinate, supervise, or guarantee any meetup, outing, activity, event, or trip discussed through the platform.
Membership Fees
Membership fees provide access to the GoPlaces.club platform and its features for the duration of the purchased membership period.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, membership fees are generally non-refundable once access to the Service has been provided.
Cancellation
If your membership renews automatically, you may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@goplaces.club.
Cancellation will stop future billing but will not automatically result in a refund for the current membership period unless required by law or approved under this Refund Policy.
You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid membership period.
When Refunds May Be Available
Refunds may be available in limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing error.
- Accidental purchases reported shortly after the transaction.
- Technical issues that prevent access to the Service and cannot be resolved.
- Unauthorized transactions that are verified by our team.
- Circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will generally not be granted because:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You did not actively use the platform.
- You did not find a group that interested you.
- Other members did not respond to messages.
- A destination group became inactive.
- A meetup, outing, activity, or trip did not take place.
- You were dissatisfied with interactions between members.
- Your expectations regarding group activity or community engagement were not met.
- You violated our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines and your account was suspended or terminated.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
GoPlaces.club is a community and communication platform.
We do not guarantee:
- Responses from other members.
- Group participation levels.
- Active destination groups in every location.
- Meetups, outings, activities, or trips.
- Friendships, relationships, travel companions, or any specific outcome.
Membership fees provide access to the platform and its community features, not guaranteed results.
How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the request
- Any supporting information relevant to your request
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within ten (10) business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
